Karl Frank retired Toronto area urban designer with over 30 years expereince in various landscape, urban design and planning projects. He worked with Macklin Hancock in the development of Don Mills area of Toronto. Frank contributed to the development of Mississauga while working for Markborough Properties Limited who developed Meadowvale in the north-west area of Mississauga. |
