Description |
A glass award from Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at to Hazel McCallion. The top is rectangular and attached to a narrower rectangular base. The edges are roughly scalloped to form a design. Engraved in the glass is Arabic script and "In the name of Allah, the Gracious, The Merciful"" at the top. Underneath is "Sir Muhammad Zafrulla Khan Award for Distinguished Public Service presented to Her Worship Hazel McCallion, Mayor, City of Mississauga, June 21, 2014, on the occasion of the 38th Ahmadiyya Annual Convention (Canada)." Below is "Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at Canada" and their logo, a circle with a minaret. The top is rectangular in shape with a curved border that is situated on a bottom trapezoid like base. The print is engraved in glass the front of the plaque and there is the symbol of the instruction on the bottom of the text. |
