When Robert Speck was off sick Charles Murray became Mayor and Lou Parsons took over as Reeve and later became Warden for County of Peel. Richard Withey was then brought in to fill in the Ward 2 council seat. This was the second term for councillors for the Town of Mississauga. During this time the Town was dealing with issues of development and increasing and modifying transit system. |
