An elderly lady is seen seated in the chair and is wearing a white pillbox hat, with a large light-coloured bow at the neckline of her dark dress with light-coloured cuffs. The lady standing on the right is wearing a dark dress with light-coloured lace cuffs and a neckline. The child sitting on the right is wearing a light-coloured dress with a bow in her hair with ringlets. She is also wearing light-coloured ribbed stockings and pair of dark-coloured shoes adorned with bows. The matting reads, 'MOORE, Simcoe.' On the back in pencil handwriting reads, 'Skynner; Alice, Milly'. |

Image of Mary Adamson Skynner seated beside her daughter Annie Skynner Trafford and her granddaughter Lucy Trafford. Mary Adamson Skynner was close friends to the Harrises of Benares and visited the family frequently. Mary was the wife of John Skynner and the couple were members of the St. Peters church congregation in Erindale. |
