History |
Frank John McKechnie (1931-1997) was a long-time Ward 5 councillor for Toronto Township, Town of Mississauga and City of Mississauga. Affectionately known as 'the Mayor of Malton', he entered politics in 1958 serving as a councillor in that area for almost 39 years before passing away in office in 1997.
