History |
Mary Helen Spence was a councillor for the City of Mississauga from 1974 to 1978 representing Ward 2. During her four years in office, she helped with the acquisition of parkland along the waterfront, helped the council establish stricter development controls and invited local ratepayers groups in the shaping of the Lakeshore Community Study.
