Marjorie Twitchell (1897-1969) served as the first curator of the Bradley Museum, which opened in 1967. Originally from Toronto, she was retired and previously worked as a social worker in charge of a children's day nursery and recreation centre. Twitchell moved to Port Credit in 1949 and served on the Toronto Township Historical Foundation since 1960, serving as Treasurer. As Curator, Twitchell worked on the weekends bringing people through the Bradley House. She also was a member of the University Women's Club and Hospital Auxillary.
